The one to read first
A Victorian conversion in four flats, where another firm had said the whole roof needed replacing.
★★★★★Leith has recently done two jobs here; one being repairs to the roof of our (4 flats and shared freeholders) Victorian conversion, which he carried out to a high standard. Not only was his initial quote competitive but he was very honest not calling on the extra contingency element when submitting his final invoice. Given a different company had tried to tell us we needed to replace the whole roof at great expense, we were very pleased with his honesty as well as the standard of work carried out and as a Management Co and joint owners, agreed to keep him our first choice for any future work if needed.
The 2nd job was to supply and fix a new roof to my two garages, including removal of the wall in between. Again, the standard of his work and the finished article is more than I hoped for and the price was good too. Highly recommended!

Leith did an absolutely first-rate job of renovating the roof of my stone outbuilding. The job required replacing all the rafters, re-felting with modern breathable membrane and replacing the pantiles. All Leith’s work; joinery, felting, tiling and pointing was carried to an extremely high standard and at a very reasonable price. He was also very pleasant and professional in his approach. I would not have the slightest hesitation in hiring him to carry out further work and I have in fact asked him to quote for renovating the roof of the main house.

I had a rather complicated roof problem which was leaking into the bathroom ceiling. Leith sorted it very quickly and at a very reasonable price. He even reduced the quote when the job didn’t take quite as long. That is integrity for you, as I am not near the property, which is rented out. He then went back and, again for a reasonable cost, painted the bathroom ceiling for me. It’s very good to find someone so trustworthy and reliable. Very, very pleased and would definitely recommend him.

Leith was on time for his appointment to quote, communicated with me before, during, and after via text, gave me a reasonable price, and agreed to do the job within two days. He returned on time for the work, after reminding me via text that he’d be coming, and completed the job very quickly. He also tidied up after himself well. I am really pleased with the job that Leith did to repair my double garage flat roof felt and flashing. A very professional job was done at a reasonable price. Very reliable. Leith arrived to assess the job when he said he would and turned a quote around quickly. He contacted me a few days before the job was due to start to confirm his arrival time and arrived punctually on the day to start the job. The job was done professionally and all mess and waste was tidied up and removed prior to their departure.
